I'll prolly ramble about it in my drawsomethingawful blog (which I'm trying to get into.actually writing about . prolly marilyn/art related crap/ help with my work thought processes etc)

but for now.

I'll just say, I read about this scene...and actually seeing it....did not disappoint.

Also..for those in the mood for another video (or just me), I finally got around to watching Summer Stock today and Judy's infamous performance of "get happy' literally made me very happy.

I don't know why I keep watching this commercial. I think it gives me a secondhand high or something. Crack for the attention deficit and easily visually stimulated persons. like me.



another back procedure today. fingerssscrossed.

I just about finished my marilyn doll. I'm gonna still tweak it a bit. put some wire in the legs, maybe put another layer of stocking over her neck/skin areas because for some reason I decided to sew with a thread that didnt match because...I think I wasn't initially sure what I was going for.




sooo alllmost there. Although I did just burn my finger with a hot glue gun. Old habits die hard.

This is more for me, but if anyone is interested on any feedback on books I've read, or has some for ones I havent (or suggestions, go for it). This list may make me look a little..crazy, but honestly, with a subject like this, you kind of need to. at least for my understanding.

Or rather what I think the point really is, now that I am out of college I can actually give a subject the justice of what I deem attempting thorough research, rather than being bumped in the butt by constant deadlines.
